Return & Refund Policies

We offer a 7-day return policy, giving you 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in like-new condition.

  • You must email us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return inquiry.

  • Send clear photos or a video of the product showing its condition. We’ll use this to determine if your item is eligible for return.

  • Once approved, we’ll guide you through the return steps. Do not send anything without confirmation.

All products come with a 1-year warranty covering:

  • Cracked product
  • Hydraulic failure

 

(Not covered: Damage caused by misuse or improper installation.)

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged, and in like-new condition to qualify for a refund.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance—we can’t guarantee receipt of your return.

Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate and make it right.

The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and make a separate purchase for the new one once your return is accepted.

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at [email protected].
